    Statens Museum for Kunst/KV
    Could the name be changed to Lab/studio Management to include not only scientific labs but conservation studios?

    Hi SMK, Yes, we can change the name to include studios. Thanks for the suggestion.

    Hi, I have had a few thoughts about this one and was interested how other people feel about them:

    Triggers should goes to a Main Loop, not to [Resources]:

    Main Loop: [Assess Projects] : [Manage Current Resources] : [Lobby for Additional Resources] : [Asset Management]

    [Assess Projects] could lead to:
    [Specific Project] ==> {Are the required resources available}
    Yes ==> Proceed
    No ==> Loop back to [Lobby for …]

    [Manage Current Resources] connects to [Budget], [People], etc.. as currently shown. But could add [Documentation] and [Digital Assets] as resources.

    [Lobby for Additional Resources] could also connect to [External Institutions/Bodies] and [Internal Departments]. Not sure any other connection from [Lobby ..] would be required as it would already be connected to [Manage Current Resources] and [Asset Management]

    [Asset Management]: This would cover general documentation, digital storage and dissemination of information within the department and to external people/institutions.

    Proceeding on from {Are the required resources available} ==> {Yes} could be 2 parallel strands.
    Strand 1:
    [Document Project] Ongoing throughout.

    Strand 2:
    [Allocating Resources] ==> [Manage Project] Another loop:
    [Supervise Work] : [Assess Resources] : [Organize Results]
    There could be a loop from [Assess Resources] back to [Lobby …]

    The 2 strand could then meet at {Manage Outputs}, publications, reviews, best practice, etc..
    This could then lead to:

    [Update Documentation]/[Update Digital Assets] with a loop back to the appropriate resources. Basically archiving all information produced during the project.
    [Further Work Required] with a loop back to [Assess Projects].
    Or [Project Complete]

    This whole work flow could then become a more general department management work flow.
