in my experience it has proven that conservation has a real positive impact on donors. therefore ’sell’ the things which you are really good at and be the advocate of that

The work flow looks good. But we could add that results also need to be reported directly to the Donor and the reporting process may need to be repeated, monthly, annually, etc.

Work flow looks fine though I miss the word conservation in all of this, namely “Conservation Clinics” though maybe Advice could be added: “Conservation Advice/clinics”. In addition to fellowships you can also have endowed positions. The trigger is not always funding; it can also be expertise.

My only comment here has to do with the triggers. It leads me to draft a couple of additional steps to the workflow. Step one: Advocate for the mission and create awareness. Step Two: Sell mission-related plan to Director (and Development). Step Three: Proceed with workflow as outlined. Last step: Evaluate and report results.
